Q: What is your program?
A: As a full service real estates company, Southern Prime Realty, LLC has a number of options available for you to choose from.  From full service to the "Sell It Now" plan, everything we do is centered on solving your real estate needs.

Q: Do you charge a fee or a commission?
A: There is no obligation and no real estate commissions if I buy your house.  If I list your house for sale, there is a commission due when we sell your house.

Q: My house is currently listed with another agent. Can I still take advantage of the "Sell It Now" program?
A: Maybe.  I somtimes buy houses that are listed with another broker and agree to pay a commission.  Please understand that if your house is listed with another agent, this is not an attempt to have you change agents and list your house with me. 

Q: If you buy my house, how fast can you close?
A: Usually within just a few days.

Q. If you list my house for sale, what do you do to get my house sold?
A. We will implement our marketing plan that will enable buyers from all over the world to see your home.  From the Internet to multiple listing companies to printed advertising, our aggressive marketing will ensure your home a prominent position within the homes for sale market.

Q: What if my house is in horrible condition?
A: I will do my best to use my 30 years experience in repairing and remodeling homes just like yours to help you get the most money for your house.  If I buy your house, I will buy it "as is" with the right to inspect.  If you choose to list your home for sale with me then I will recommend and help you implement a plan to bring your house up to showroom condition so that you get top dollar for your property.

Q: I'm behind on my payments and facing foreclosure.  Can you help me?
A: You must call me right now!  The more time I have, the better the chances are that I can help you.
